It shouldn't have raisens in it!

I kind of scrapped the recipe and did my own thing!! I am veyr impresssed with the result though!!

Sorry Mel, that didn't read right! They are either raisins or sultanas!!!

Its a Bero carrot cake with extra raisins (not in the recipe) and using paler sugar than the recipe states! (i forgot to buy thr darker sugar required!) The frosting is orange, with extra orange!!!

We have a lovely bakery in town which does oyster shells with strawberries and cream!!!

Delicious!

Got a craving for cheese pasty!!!! Might have to treat myself!!

Sarah, i don't usually put fruit in it but was feeling creative!!!!

I would like the cheese and onion pasty (with ketchup), followed by a slice of Caroline's cake then for tea I would like the oyster shell with strawberries and cream please.
