Usually I am mega excited about Christmas, I have my tree up on Dec 1st and all my cards are up, tinsel everywhere, lights outside.

So far this year, i have put 6 cards up!!! I have done my shopping, I still have presents to wrap and I need to write more cards..........I just can't seem to find my festive spirit!! Where has it gone!!

I am looking forwward to being at my mums, but Christmas seems to have appeared out of no-where!!!

Maybe it's because i have my hands full right now???

yes definitely because of that Caroline! im sure as we get closer it will get more exciting for you. we finally have our tree terry got it today boys in bed now so going to start decorating in a mo. i hate decorating them, i have to have it all perfect it drives terry nuts!!

i have a mountain of presents to wrap plus tates bday to sort out!

no i agree to am the same it just dont feel like xmas i have even tryed makin decs with the kids and that has not worked

It'll come as Christmas gets closer I am sure. Usually Christmas week, after the kids have broken up, I feel a bit more Christmassy! Pauline x

Caroline im exactly the same but we have got new babies weve been thinking about then its bang christmas is here, i just keep thinking jacks will love it this year and i cant wait to see what he thinks of his presents!

I still havent ordered my cards from truprint as my bankcards missing (thanks jack) let alone wrote in the also, havent wrapped a thing and also only have jack and lolas presents here and a few bits for my bro and sis im waiting for other bits to arrive and i really need to go shopping!

Heres hoping everyones christmas spirit arrives soon!

I'm sure the festive spirit will hit soon!!!!

I'm surprisingly well organised this year, i've only got a couple of little things left to get and i've wrapped most of what we've got!!! I've run out of places to put all the pressies now though and i am getting a wee bit sick of tripping over bags!!!! Not long til i get to deliver them though!!!!

I guess it doesn;t help that one of my colleagues passed away quite suddenly the week before last. I knew she was ill but had no idea she was that ill, no-one did. I was pretty close to her and feel really emotional when I think about it. I missed the funeral as i couldn't drive. I am probably too hormonal and emotioal for funerals anyway!

It's also my birthday next week too, so I am hoping that my festiveness returns soon!!

I am going to put up the fibre optic tree tomorrow and put a few bits of tinsel out. I also want to put up the cards although not sure how or where yet!!!

Thankfully my parents always made it a special day for me, and i have always had seperate presents. It is a nightmare trying to get people together for a night out though, everywhere is booked up and pubs and clubs charge a fortune and are crowded. Not that i have any interest in pubs and clubs anymore!!

Mum is doing a buffet tea and inviting the family round to her house! A chance for people to see bronwyn and leighton really!

Sounds like our lot no matter the occasion it ends up being about all the little ones! although as bad as it sounds im using lola as an excuse to avoid a couple of them, my grandads fiances 60th, its 2hr drive away and starts at 7.30 and they expect all grand children there jacks asleep by half 7 everyday wouldnt appreciate that much and my grandads 5 sisters just pick on me non stop for being a young mum even though 1 of them was 16 when she had her 1st (btw i wasnt that young! lol im not completely stupid) its a nightmare situation being with that lot, my grandads fine its just the rest of the older family! anyway if lolas lucky they might find time in there busy shopping schedule to pop round and meet her before shes off to uni!

sorry about that little rant they just drive me crazy
