Hi Jade,
I am here. Haven't been on here much recently. Don't wanna keep reporting no news, plus had lots going on with the kids etc. I have the docs on mon thanks for asking will let you know how it goes.
Maybe too much info but after a bit of the other today my husband made me do a headstand will see if this helps, lol, ha ha.
