Thankyou both of you
It went well the dietitian agrees that amber's probably lactose intollerant but says she's a mystery in that her gastric gut seems to be struggling to tollerate any food, she called this true lactose intollerant and unfortunately Amber may well not grow out of it in early childhood and this could easily go on until she's 4 years old.

It was quite a relief as she was saying all the things i feel are wrong with Amber. Also with being a dietitian she had clearer ideas than the peadiatrician regarding what Amber can eat. Basically she needs bland foods with low complex sugars as Ambers body can't digest these. She's too have Williams pears (they have the lowest sugars) then potato then cauliflower.
The hope is if Amber can tolerate these foods initially she can have 2 meals a day plus a pudding and finger foods!
The dietitian had the same goal as me to simply get Amber to be able to have a meal. She will be at our appointment with the peadiatrician next week then we'll see her again another time to discuss progress.
I have to say, the service we have had has been fantastic and we've been very lucky. As always i will keep you all posted xxx
