I am thinking about food loads today and im hungry! Terrys at work and I have to have something before i go to bed! We had v.low point dinner fish and stir fry veg. Theres a huge bag of maltesers in the cupboard....

Also why the hell is football on bbc and itv?? aaaarrrrgh!!!

Have a few maltesers and then put the bag back in the cupboard!!!

Unsurprisingly we are watching the footy at this end! Just had a Fab ice lolly and am contemplating another!!!

Im trying to be good,havent had the chance to nibble much tho at the mo and keep losing track with the points,will get back on track nxt wk when af is gone.

I tell you if I haven't lost at least 3lbs on Tuesday the points can go take a running jump!! Just having a banana!!! I will have an early night I can't eat in my sleep.

Dont worry you'll get there.I just said somewhere else i was told it took a while to get it all on and will take a while to come back off,even at 1lb a week theres 52wks in the yr,so it cant all be that bad.
Ive have a target now to focas on as thats my sisters wedding.So thats only just a yr away.

Whats your goal weight then if you dont mind me asking.
Im aiming to get down to 12st to start(im 14st 5 at mo)

Hi Nicola,

Just seen this post - maybe next week you should try core as theres alot of things free on core - and you can have lots of fruit in between meals which means you dont have to count it and can fill yourself up with it

Also I always make up a fruit salad - just berries mainly and keep it in the fridge - taste fab and is a great sugar fix.

I'm thinking this week that I havent lost much weight but I am defo noticing a difference - my stomach is less bloated and my trousers feel looser

Hang in there - promise it will be worth it in the end

I agree with Sarah to try core next week. I'm finding it much better, i'm eating more and you don't have to weigh anything!!!

I tell you the weighing is doing my head in big time! Its so fiddly now as I find im doing seperate meals for everyone. Hating it big time. I want to lose at least 3lb this week or im going to be v.upset! Thanks for your support though girlies it does really help to know you are here xxx
