Dead easy Sarah

Take 225g of self raising flour and rub in 50g of marg.

Add 50g sugar, 50g of fruit if you are using it and mix.

Beat an egg, mix with milk to make 150ml.

Add 3/4 ish of egg mixture to flour and sugar. Mix to a soft dough adding more if you need to,

Knead for a few mins to get the dough together, roll out, cut into circles

Bake for 10-15 mins at 200

ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!

Now I'm in the mood to bake as well, am getting very bored after a week at home. Never made carrot cake before usually make chocolate cake or toffee apple pie, is it easy to make? May have to look on nthe internet and give it a go.
