hiya, im determined to get a bit fitter this year, am going to walk at least one way to pre school with my girls.
im being realistic this year in the hope i can stick to it.

Not to get pregnant!!
To lose both lots of baby weight!!
To do as many different activities with my daughter as I can. She will start pre school in September and I will miss her when she's gone.
To lose weight and eat healthier.

Mine are to have a happier and much healthier family, so far weve had 3 take aways *slap wrists*
And to get confident and drag the kids to loadsa baby groups, activitys and just wander the amazing park at the end of my road, the great ol Abbey Gardens!!
