Have a proper routine and stick to it.
Go to bed early and get up early
Keep a tidy house.Stay on top of the washing.
Cook healthy homemade food,no freezer junk.
Be on time every day for school.
Be more healthy.Eat healthy,exercise,maybe even walk places.
Unfortunately I have broken every one of these every day this year(and we only went back to school today).So I'm just going to have to console myself with chocolate.Tomorrows another day.
