Well if she is used to Tandems she will be fine im sure. It is lovely for a newborn as it lies totally flat at the back. I bought a lovely red cosytoes for Luka and he was also so comfy in it it was the best pram I had from his perspective. But no good if you have a toddler who likes to sleep in buggy as front seat doesn't recline at all. Folds compactly I think. But I just found it v.hard to maneouvre. And impossible getting up kerbs due to the weight. She should try out as much as she can in shops then when found one she likes look secondhand or on internet. Especially now whilst sales on everywhere. Check the weight and the weight of your one, do you find yours heavy? It would be a good comparison? What one do you have I will look into it!

yours weighs 13.5kg, and the duet lite is 13.75kg so about the same weight wise. Theres always a compromise when it comes to doubles isn't there though. Your one does look nice. How much is she getting the cosatto for? Is it new or s/hand.

1   the 5 point harness is so high it cuts into abbies neck so she has only got the waist one across her and its still high and to lose  and mollies is to lose aswell and its the tightest it will go she has been trying to escape already

2   there is only 2 positon back rest lie down flat or sat up and abbie needs one inbetween as she can not sit up yet

3   the basket isnt easy to get to put anything under it

they are only little things the pushchair is lovely to push it would be ok if abbie was a little bit older and could sit up

Thats a shame Emma, would harness chest pads help? Did you buy it from a shop? As I would be inclined to take it back if the harness doesn't fit as thats a safety issue?? Its so hard, you never know if they are any good til you 've road tested a few times. The duet lite back rest goes to three positions on the back seat, It is a comfy pushchair for the kids but just so heavy and hard to turn etc.

just have to keep trying them out Emma, its the only way. I prefered a side by side as just found it easier to push. But I hate pushing it now as they are both so heavy whatever they are in would be a struggle!! So I try to get Tate to walk when I can if im not on my own he can hitch a ride on daddy!

i tried mollie on a buggy board the other day she kept trying to jump of it then we let her walk she kept trying to run of and she had reins on if you wont go the way she wants she will lay down on the floor

christopher has only been walking since about april a month before his 3rd birthday  and he is really good at walking

abbie doesnt like the little strollers dont think she felt comfortable in it

im just going to keep trying and looking
