don't worry, i know it can't be the real thing as i'm not even 33 weeks yet and there not regular.
but this is not braxton hick's, they hurt like hell, so much so i can't even stand up when i'm getting a contraction. of course once it's wore off about a min later i feel fine and get on with stuff.
i just want some opions really, i'll tell you what happens and you give me a clue as to what it is.

1st my bump starts to go hard, it starts in one area and the pain runs all over it, like bad cramps, i feel as if i could poo my self at that point it's that bad, then the pain slowely wears off and my bump goes soft again at the same time, the pains in my back as well and some times down my thigh's. the bump feels rock hard where the baby is and just tight where it's not.

so is this.... baby moving? braxton hicks of a new kind, or flase labour pains, that are ment to be painfull braxton hicks from what i read?

did you or do you get these? i've been getting them on and off since yeterday, todays been worse.

Kristy i have no advice for you sorry because i never experienced any braxton hicks when pregnant.

But if you are worried at all you should ring the labour ward or your midwife and get checked out. Hope everything is ok. xx

I had terrible braxtons from around 26weeks, I used to stop in the street doubled over, or slumped over the buggy, used to get some v.worried looks!! Ask the midwife if you are at all concerned though. Had bad back pain too. If in doubt get it checked so you can relax (or as much as you can whilst in pain!) about it. Take care hun xxx

dont forget you need to keep a eye on swelling because of pre eclampsia, might be worth giving your midwife a call just to be on the safe side

please please go and get it cheked out I went into early labor with both of the babies at 33 weeks and and they had to stop me both times. and with the risk of getting pre-eclampsia its not worth risking yourself and the baby!!
luv beckie xx
