Hi girls

I'm partly writing this down as a log as i'm useless at remembering when all these incidents happen so it's handy to look it up on here!!!!

As you know we were away all week and according to my lovely neighbour, Sam (horrible  drug addict neighbour) has behaved all week, although the soiled nappy opened bag of charity clothes and pile of dried grass gathered from the local play area is still strewn across her lawn which adjoins ours

Well, last night it was clear Sam was going to cause trouble, she sent the kids off (4 of them) with a friend and had her druggy mates round (at least 6 fo them) they had music pumping out all night although went quiet when they went out for about half an hour at 10pm ish, Gillan said it was quuite clear they'd gone out to get drugs as were acting very dodgy. There were lots of raised voices but it was bearable. There was shouting on sams front doorstep in the middle of the night but to be honest i'e learnt to live with it!!!

At 5am this morn the music started again, began as an awful beat pumping out and steadily got louder until at 7 am it was blaring!!  It woke gillan amber and i and my lovely neighbour who was fuming and banging at sams door  to no reply! the music went on until at least 9am by which time gillan and i took the kids out to get away from it

The friends gradually left throughout the day, giving gillan really horrid looks on their way out, quite worrying as they're pretty scary druggys. Our lovely neighbour, karen has arranged for the housing association to come to her house on the 22nd for a meeting and gillan and i are gonig too. I expect them to fob us off to be honest but at least we're trying to get rid of her!

Her kids are still away from home so we're expecting another drug fuelled horrendous niht, will fill you in n the morning!

Oh My God Tasha!

You, Gillan and the kids really shouldn't have to put up with that kind of noise! I really hope that the housing association manage to get something done! It might be worth buying some kind of recording gear and taping the noise that they are making so that you have some kind of proof!!!

My mum rang environmental healh on my behalf a while ago, and the man there is willing to come out an measyure the noise but its hard as it not regular so he could be waiting a while!

to be honest, i can almost cope with the noise, its the knowledge of raising my childrenn next to all those drugs and violence that upsets me  xx

I don't blame you for being upset, it's horrific that you have to all put up with that.

I really hope the housing association can do something to get rid of them xx

Tasha do you have street wardens in your area as they are sometimes on call, same as EH officers they can record the level of noise, also the police can be called to check this as well.

SO sorry that they are still being like this and its not fair on any of you for having to put up with it.Hope something is done soon.

Morning all

Sam was ok last night she had a row wit someone at 10pm ish but they stomed out of the house so it was quiet for the rest of the night!!

I was awake about 5 ish this morning and as it was silent next door i was SOOOO tempted to start banging on the walls!!!! but i was good and didnt!!!

Emma, we have community police officers and one in particular that we know well but to be honest he has no morep owers than we do and bless him rarely does what he says he's going to!! He actually came round yesterday evening so we've filled him in on whats gone on.

Tasha you are sooooo good. It just shows what a lovely person you are, not giving her a taste of her own medicine. If I had woken at 5am and all was silent next door I WOULD have banged on the walls.!!!!!!!!! Having said that, if she was drugged up, she wouldn't have heard it anyway.

SHE doesn't deserve neighbours like YOU. She should be moved!!!!!!!!!!!!

GET SAM OUT!!!! GET SAM OUT!!!!!! GET SAM OUT!!!!

Hi Tasha.  What a nightmare for you, and you must feel so vulnerable as well not knowing what is going to turn up on her doorstep.  I know you say it is difficult for someone to come and measure the noise as it is irregular, but, does the housing association have an answering service out of hours?  Is it worth ringing them and leaving a message so they can hear for themselves the background noise on the message?  We did that to the council when our neighbours had builders in who worked 14 hours a day seven days a week, in contravention of the noise regulations.  They were served with a noise abatement order but to be honest in our case it made no difference as they were a bunch of cowboys.  They also damaged my car - there were bags of cement leaning on the bumper and they still refused liabliity, got the police involved in that one and the neighbour paid for the repair - strangely enough we don't get on with them...

Tasha,

I really feel for you. It can't be nice for you and the not knowing how long you will have to put up with this for isn't nice either..

I really hope with everything she is doing they boot her out sooner rather than later.

Take care, big hugs. xx

tasha hun i cant believe the silly moose is still at it. for goodness sake, if she sat and thought about things, she could sit and play or spend time with her children rather than causing uproar wherever she goes.

i dont see what kind of pleasure she gets out of all this!! gggrrrr

i hope something happens soon, i really do.

big hugs
