the cot base

still hasnt been lowered and i cant do it myself as the allen key is in pauls work van which is a right state, hopefully he hasnt lost it as it is a weird shape or it looks like he will be buying a new cot if he cant lower it. that will be a expensive lesson for him

oh dear Claire, I was thinking of you this morning as Luka is now trying to pull up on his bars. I keep telling terry to do it, and to move it into tates room. No movement in that direction!!! Its on the highest setting still and he's hardly newborn now!!!!! hope you get it done soon. Maybe a few hints about a new cot might spring him into action?! ha,ha!

Oh no...blinkin men!!!! It's a farce aswell that you can only use an allen key..i swear i have bought so many sets from our local cheap shop cos we are always loosing them then needing them!!!

I hope you get it sorted soon claire. i lowered hollie's base yesterday because when ian went to get her in the morning she was leaning over the bars.
Funnily enough though, i went up the attic to get the allen key, and when i came back i realised that i needed a screwdirver. It was strange all the cot was put together with an allen key, but the base has to be lowered with a screwdriver.
Anyway it is done now, i put it on the second setting but Hollie could still lean over so have put it on the lowest one now.

Ooh good one Nicola!

Katelin is still in a cot and its on the highest setting and we have never lowered it. She has never attempted to climb out( I think its cos she's a lazy moo and likes her bed too much)

I bet now I've said that, when she next goes to bed I will probably hear a big bang as she fall out!!!!
