Hi everyone. Sounds like men in general are hopeless, a friend of mine is always complaining that she writes a list every time and he ignores it completely. I am the envy of my friends as my husband is a great shopper and has never really gone wrong, from the surprise first Valentine's Day together that he told me he refused to celebrate and then bought me two gorgeous sets of Calvin Klein underwear, the vintage Gucci coat and handbag he found in St John's Wood, the pendant he got for our Wood anniversary - a wooden hexagon with seven diamonds set in it - he is just so good. He, however, isn't so lucky - he has everything he wants and if there is something he fancies, regardless of the time of year, he goes out and buys it, ruining several birthday and Xmas present ideas in the process.
