Lucky you, i'm so jealous!!
We don't have a tumbler (apparently we don't need one!!) so our house resembles a laundrette most of the time. The thing that annoys me most is my dad has one and he's told us we can have it if we want it, so it's not even as though we have to buy one. Aaargh!!

I don't know what I would do without mine! In fact, I use it that much that it will probably explode soon!

I've found the best thing to do is just nag him until he eventually gets sick of me moaning and gives in (it just takes a while)!!

I can't live without mine and i'm afraid i'm not very 'green' and it's constantly on!!

I don't have a dishwasher though and would love one, it's on my wish list!!

I sympathise with you. I killed my dryer and had to go without one for three weeks while we looked for one then waited for it to arrive. It's something i don't want to repeat in a hurray! It's one thing i can't live without, not sure how you cope Dawn.

My tumble dryer is my best friend, and the best present my MIL gave me for my birthday, five days after I gave birth. The spare room was a laundry drying room before that. I did find that Mothercare babygros shrank in there, and I can't put Bon's socks in as they always shrink, but Hubby swims and I have a constant stream of towels to wash and dry. Would rather do with out the dishwasher than the tumble dryer. How un-eco-friendly am I!

I agree with you, being without the dishwasher would be annoying but could cope with it, I don't know what i would do if i was without my dryer indefinately!

I must just say one of my friends just 'killed' her tumble dryer and right before she bought a new one she found out there is a 'reset' button at the back of most tumble dryers as they can cut out before they overheat if you put too many clothes in! She just pressed this button and hey presto it worked!
