My father-in-law has just being told he has this and so do most of his family so there is 50 per cent chance Lee could but the tests take time and if he has it there is a high chance one or both of our girls could have it. Lee's dad is poorly most of the time and they are saying this is why so now I'm having a panic. They have a given us a few leaflets but they also say that chidlren don't get tested which is kind of freaking me out a bit. I've had a quick google but I was just wondering if someone could tell me about it first hand as the in-laws don't like to bother the doctors by asking too many questions which is really frustrating and our GP's say it hyperthetical to discuss it about the girls because no one knows if they have it. I'm getting a bit stressed now so I was just hoping for either reassurance or advice. Sorry if there are a million spelling mistakes too but my brain and fingers just aren't keeping up with each other at the moment.
