Conception & fertility problems

I am 21 years old, been married for almost 2 years. Was diagnosed with PCOS at age 16 since I first got my period at age 12 and would have periods every 6 months to year. I am now on my 2nd round of clomid, 100mg, days 3-7. Since on my first round at 50mg I did not ovulate, my doctor increased the prescription. I took Provera to start my period the second time, took clomid, and now 1 day before my last menstrual cycle, I've been having sore breast all last week, extreme leg muscle aching, groin pain and today I went to pee and wiped myself and noticed blood of a redish, pinkish, brownish color. Since I am praying to be pregnant and not too familiar with menstrual symptoms, I was hoping someone can help figure out if Clomid has helped me get my period naturally and all my symptoms are due to a menstrual cycle or they are pregnancy symptoms.

I have just finished cycle 1 of clomid 50mg which was unsuccessful, having to take provera to restart everything AGAIN and then taking 100mg clomid on days 2-6. I've only had 6 naturally occurring periods since I was 13 I'm now 27! My partner and I have been trying to conceive naturally for 3 years before I started the clomid last month.
You could be pregnant however Clomid can play silly tricks on you and a lot of the side effects are those experienced during early pregnancies as well. I was adamant I was pregnant last month and thought it was a miracle as I had every symptom of early pregnancy. Don't give up hope you may well be pregnant...sending lots of baby dust.
