Conception & fertility problems

Hello ladies this is my first time on a site like this I normally read them and go to the next site but I really like this one okay so here is my dilema.
I just started trying to conceive again since my last mc in April of this year 😢already too the clomid on day 5-9 100mg and I was looking really closely to see if I was ovulating but I'm not sure if I did or not I did get really wet cm almost like water..I was charting my bbt but it went up and down being that it varied when I would wake up but I was also taking my metformin every night once a day 500mg (I tried to up it but couldn't handle it felt sick all day). But I'm 2dpo and I'm so anxious to test to see if I'm pregnant but it may be too soon but I have a slight cramping in my lower abd, my back hurts, my whole body at that, sore bbs sometimes a sharp pain, and sleeping all day, mild nausea. Oh yeah and I'm still having hot flashes and I read that with clomid you will continue getting hot flashes until you ovulate is this true?
My questions are do you ladies think it's too soon to have symptom?
Has anyone gotten pregnant on their 2nd round of clomid+metformin?

Yes its too soon, and that's only my opinion, the side effect of clomid is just like conceiving, I had a success on my first round of clomid 💝 I'm 8 weeks preggy now ☺
Baby dust to you 💝 good luck

Hi, sorry to go off topic, how did you get metaformin and clomid prescribed to you? I have been diagnosed with PCOS had the internal scan and bloods done. Now I am being referred to the hospital. Desperatly ttc over 2 years now. Feel like being pushed from pillar to post. Wondering when I would be prescribed something to help.
p.s baby dust to you both x
thanks in advance for any ideas or help x
