Calling all breastfeeding mummies!

There is a 'northwest nurse off' breastfeeding event happening in Liverpool city centre tomorrow to raise awareness of breastfeeding after the government funding for Breastfeeding awareness week was stopped!

If not look out fr them on the news! I think it's a great way of raising awareness and showing breastfeeding rocks!

So it was a great success by all accounts!

Unfortunately i couldn't make it but looks like Jan and the others had fun and most important of all showed that breastfeeding your baby is normal and shouldn't be 'shocking'! It's such a shame that the government had withdrawn the funding for Breastfeeding Awareness Week, but there are still mums throughout the country promoting Breastfeeding!
