AROMA MOTHER AND BABY & ACTIVE BIRTH WORKSHOP *FREE EVENT*

This *free* 2 hour workshop has been put together in association with Natures Magic & Lazy Daisy Birthing Durham to help awaken your Inner Wisdom and Birth Goddess!!
This workshop is perfect for Pregnant Woman and Mums alike. You will learn about the safe use of aromatherapy oils in pregnancy and for babies under 2 / children up to 12 years. Discover Active Birth hints & tips followed by a guided meditation for pregnancy.
For Mum – learn how to create bespoke oils for stretch marks, swollen ankles, back pain, support for labour and breast feeding.
Discover hints & tips on how to turn a breech baby, the effects of adrenaline on labour and ideal birth positions including the ‘birth goddess’. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about your upcoming birth.
For Baby – learn how to create Lotions to treat baby, including sleepy lotion, nappy rash and various uses for older children too. Learn how to switch on babies calming reflex!
Aromatherapy products will be available to order on the evening and everyone who attends will be entered into a free prize draw to win a £10 holistic gift voucher to redeem with Natures Magic.
