Children's hairdressers in Balham?

I need some help! My 2yr old son is desperate for a haircut but I've been putting it off. Last time we took him to my husband's barber, where he threw the mother of all tantrums. Unless I'm going to start putting it in bunches, his hair needs sorting sharpish.

So I thought it might be better to take him somewhere used to toddlers and can make it more of a fun experience.

I've noticed Pro Kut on Chestnut Grove have a child's seat in the window, anyone tried them? And there's a place whose name I can't remember on Bedford Hill.

My son was so bad that after a particular embarassing performance in Happy Faces on Webbs Road I vowed never to take him to the hairdresser again and we now get it done at home by a lovely lady from Furzedown called Isobel (whose details I can e-mail you if you like?).

I have friends who take their kids to the place on Bedford Hill (think it is called WWK - the one near Happy Feet anyway) and are happy with them.
