Has anyone been affected by the cuts to Westminster's childcare budget? The council has to cut costs by 17% (3/4 of a million pounds!) and is trying to keep all of the children's centres open but is having to drop or rotate groups and advice sessions around the centres instead. Some after-school clubs have had to be cut or shortened, too.
