Did you know that you can find a Breastfeeding Buddy here in Dudley? These are local mums with their own experience of breastfeeding, who've been trained to give breastfeeding information, support and encouragement. Pregnant women can get in contact, as can mums and dads too.
Buddies will chat to you on the phone, visit you at home or meet you at a local venue.
They'll talk to you about positioning & attachment, exclusive breastfeeding, establishing good feeding at the breast, how to tell if your baby is having sufficient milk and a whole host of other points and of course anything individual to you.
