Hi Patricia, thanks for the post! How much is the class usually? Do you have to sign up for a course? What size are the classes and how long are they? Sorry, lots of questions but it sounds like a great idea - do ask any of your current mums attending to write a review on here as a recommendation! Angela x

Hi Angela, the classes are usually £5 for the first session and £30 for a block if 6 or £7 drop in. The class size fluctuates, but it's normally always under 10 mums. The sessions last one hour. I'll get in touch with my regular mums for a review. Thanks.

I've been attending Patricia's classes twice a week since September and I think they're great! The classes are challenging without being too much for a new mum's body and I've managed to lose just under two stone. Exercising outside is fun and allows my 10 month old daughter to roam about as she wants. It's also a good chance to meet other mums with babies of all different ages. Patricia is a great trainer and always has helpful advice. Thoroughly reccomended!
