We visit here regularly and love it (we have merlin passes) We go during the week, during term time mostly as it is quiet, hardly any queues (ten mins or less) and we get a lot done in a short period of time which is great for little ones! We do go at peak time ocasionally and they do their best to keep everyone happy, they have special events such as my first festival - in July, monster trucks and other events, which are usually extremely busy as they are very good! Staff are always helpful and the rides are great for the younger families, for real thrill seekers and older children you may want to look at Chessington or for the very brave Thorpe Park!! Unfortunately you now have to pay for parking. If you want to visit off peak and have a preschooler you can buy a ticket for adult and preschooler for £15 - so a bargain compared to their usual price. You must print of a voucher from their website first or buy tickets on line in advance. The 4D cinema is brilliant and worth a look!
