how do i change my address??

i move in 3weeks and i need my pp magazines to go to my new address?

ive also changed it on here and its said my post code is wrong, it isnt!!!

I've recently moved house and didn't get chance to change my address. I don't know how to change it on here and I need to change it as soon as possible because I don't want to miss any issue's or the delivery of my Avent subscription gift package.
