How have you done this week? I'm holding off weighing in until Sunday this week, H is nightshift tonight and tomorrow night so that will keep me from being naughty over the weekend and hopefully undo any damage that I have done with 2 nights of drinking this week.
I'm at work today then going straight to the gym, I've only been once this week so really need to go, will be able to go Saturday and Sunday as well.

L - soup
D - pasta ready meal.

Weigh in for me was last night, 3.5 off making 10.5 off total and taking me down to 19 0.5, aim for next week is 3.5 to get me a stone in three weeks. Loving it!

I'm not weighing in - AF is due, half term has played havoc with my diet and my stomach is rock solid!
I need a good week of clean healthy foods next week in preparation of wearing a bikini on a weekend away next week! Urgh!

Missed you there 1stbaby, where are you off to next weekend to be wearing a bikini? Half term hasn't been great for me either but better than usual.

Well done Nina that's fantastic.
Well i only went and lost 3.5lb too, i got slimmer of the week and my 1st sticker on my book. I'm so chuffed, 6.5lb in two weigh ins, and i'm now down to 18st 11.5lb if you'll update the chart for me please.
1st baby, are you off to somewhere nice? I can't imagine you'll be wearing a bikini in the UK?

I have been appalling yet again and feel my trousers tight so am not going to weigh myself on Monday. I am going to do 10 days dieting and restrart teh 30 days shred/jogging and weigh again the following week.

Well done nina and chids, fab losses.
Well iv stayed the same for 2 reasons af is here and also iv been reintroducing carbs slightly (so I will have a mugshot) so I'm doing very very low carbs so I reckon that's why. O and iv had wine 2 days this week and yesterday I had the most amazing meal (but it was pâté and bread, duck and then pear in white choc sauce so I deserve to STS

Afternoon well done Chids and Ninabeanie great losses. I'm a stay the same this week but I'm pleased with that as I've had wine and not managed to exercise since Saturday. I'll do better next week when its not half term and we're back to normal.
Currently making gingerbread men - which obviously is going to help!
