Morninh ladies, how are we all?
Weigh in for me today, im now 12st 1.25lbs so 2.25lbs off. Would have liked more but Im happy with that.
Todays plan b- porridge, l - soup and pork, d - homemade chivken curry, s - fruit, e - one hr walk tonight

Good morning all,
W that is a good loss well done. Imagine that loss every week for a year
I haven't been on for a couple of days. So far not going too badly, I've had to dip into my weeklies to help with my sugar craving. I went back to my spinning class last night. It's a bit of a love/hate relationship. I always clock watch but at the end I feel so good and feel like I've only been these for 20minutes. I plan to go for a jog tomorrow.
ive not really planned what I will eat today but probably
D - something with quorn and using up veggies

Well done weekender, that's a fab loss.
Pelican I presume your doing ww, that's what the weeklies is for.well done on the spinning.
I've lost 1.5lb taking my total to 15.5lb I went running this morning and managed 5.2k so I'm pleased about that. Especially as I didn't go Wednesday as I'd been poorly with my stomach again.
No meals planned yet but will have a crumpet and jam for brekkie.

Great loss weekender, well done.
PB - I have never done spin but it must burn off loads of calories, good on you for going back.
Mrs Claus - another good loss and fab exercise regime when you have not been well.
I am going for my usual banana for breakfast, salad for lunch and haven't thought about tea yet but something really low. I had a couple of glasses of wine last night which would have gone into my weekly points so need to be extra good today.

Weekender - That's a great loss, well done.
PC I've never been to a spinning class but well done for getting back into it.
MC Well done, thats excellent and well done for going for a run so early, I don't like running in the dark, be it morning or night but I bet you feel great now that is out of the way for the day.
AlsiT - Well done again for your loss yesterday, I wouldn't worry about the glasses of wine, you deserved them.
AFM I had a good day yesterday, had a good session in the gym after work and am going again tonight when I finish. I'm leaving weigh in until tomorrow so it keeps me on track tonight, weekends are always a down fall for me.
If you didn't see my thread yesterday, I have taken over the chart from 1stBaby so will update that today.

Well done on the losses, it's great to see such motivation so early on in the yar. Let's hope we keep it up.
Weigh in for me today, I've lost 2lb so new weight is 10st2lb. I'm pleased with that as I'm doing the slow but steady diet approach. I may change my weigh in to Monday's again as I'm not sure how I will fare over the weekend.
B: 2 apples, L: either Vital ingredient salad or Sushi - help me decide D: veg curry.

Morning. Fab news on the losses. 2 off for me this week. (Weighed yesterday when I got up) off to playgroup with Isaac as no childcare till 1 then will be asleep till 7 then back on nights tonight , there was talk of one of the drs getting his mum to bake for us tonight so I'm going to have to take a dukan biscuit to take the edge off

MrsC - well done on the 1.5lb weight loss and for going running, that's a good distance
AlisT - I'm saving some calories for a night out drinking with friends tonight. I'm planning on drinking bacardi and diet coke as its not too bad calories wise and I like it.
SW - can you pin point what it is about weekends that's different and your down fall?
Belle - definitely sushi for lunch
AFM - I've not been about much this week as I have been really busy with work and the kids. I've weighed myself today and I have lost 2.5lb and am down to 11stone 5lb which is a 5.5lb loss since I started which I'm very happpy with. H and I have been doing 30 day shred as well as me dieting. I have done 4 days, had yesterday off and hope to be able to fit it in tonight before going out with friemds.

SW are you using start weights over all or new ones from this year? I thought we were starting afresh for 2013 hence my 10st 4lbs start weight. If we're doing overall then my start weight was 12st.

Just the 1.5lb off for me, really fed up with myself as it all went to pot again last night - it was 3lb off on Monday, so I've just ruined it all for the week.
cp - are those the Dukan biscuits? Are they any good??

DeeDee are you weighing in at the same time every week on the same scales? If you hadn't checked on Monday would you have been happy with a 1.5lb loss?
Sorry for lack of personals, I find it hard to remember who has posted what and can't go back to look at it when I am in reply mode.
It sounds like everyone is doing brilliantly - the losses will come!
DD - What triggered last nights eating? 1.5lbs is still good, slow and steady wins the race. 3lbs a week isn't healthy!
SW - Well done on the chart looking better - I could never format it correctly.
Belle - Have salad for lunch, sounds yummy!
I am not sure when to weigh in. I used to do it on friday mornings, but started with mfp on monday. So should I weigh in on mondays to see a whole weeks loss? Plus it could help me over the weekend!

Defo weigh in on Monday 1stBaby, I might switch mine back to Mondays as it really helped keep me on rack over the weekend. Especially Sunday nights when you've had a roast dinner at 4pm and are feeling peckish again about 8pm!

Belle - Yes, always same scales at same time, and no I wouldn't have been happy with 1.5lb loss even without weighing on Monday as it's my first proper week back on Dukan since Christmas so I know it should be a lot more.
1stBaby - I was just craving anything sugary, whether it's AF or what I don't know as I've always had an incredibly sweet tooth (boobs have been sore for over a week now, who knows when it's going to finally arrive) I know it's not a terrible loss, but I know if I stick to the diet properly it would be more and I've still got 4lb of the Christmas gain to lose - the thing that has kept me motivated with Dukan in the past is that it's only a few weeks to get to goal, then you're allowed a few nice things!
And now I've ruined today by eating a load of the chocolate biscuits that are still in the house from Christmas! ETA - it probably didn't help covering myself in the soap & glory body lotion this morning that smells of biscuits!!
