How are you all getting on? I've had a dreadful couple of weeks with me and H both being off work but am back on it and feeling really motivated. I started the 30DS yesterday, if anyone wants to join the challenge, feel free, we'll have a post everyday to keep everyone motivated.
I'm feeling really bloated atm, probably from all the alcohol I've consumed over the past couple of weeks and also my period is here. Going to make sure I drink lots of water and stay away from bread and pasta this week and fill up on lots of fruit and salad.
I'm off to the gym once I've dropped kids at school/nursery, will do an hours cardio, then shred.
B - fruit
L - soup and fruit
D - jacket potato with tuna and salad.

Morning Ladies! I started a thread at the same time as SW so this is a copy & paste.
How did we fare at the weekend, good, bad or ugly?
I'm bouncing about this morning. 3lb loss for me - can I get a Whoop Whoop?! Weighed in this morning at 9st 12lb. Yes ladies that is 9 stone something. H has told me he now wants me to stop as I look gorgeous I also had Nina and her husband telling me I need to stop at the weekend. So I think I'll be maintaining for a while. Day 5 of the shred to do tonight.
B: yoghurt & tea, L: veg & lentil stew D: TBD.

Hello, can I join in? Today is first day of healthy eating and exercise. Did the 30DS this morning.
B- Yoghurt and berries L- Noodles and Veg D- Turkey Schnitzels
SW- I'll be joining the challenge to keep me motivated. I'm also taking weekly photos of my weight loss as I did after having E and find that keeps me going too. Have fun at the gym!
Belle- That's fab well done! Hope you can maintain that weight easily now!

Well done Belle! You've done brilliantly with it, I wish I had your willpower. Although if you are going to maintain rather than lose will you not need to up that food intake again? X
My weekend was the usual could be better could be worse, but I've cut my alcohol Intake massively since the beginning of January and its definitely making a difference to my weekends as I'm not snacking as much either. My plan for today is b - bacon and eggs, l - soup, d - wraps. I have ww weigh in, although for our purposes I'm sticking to weighingat hhome on a Friday. I'm going to shred and I'm going to get M out either with her scooter or her dolls pram for a bit of a walk...it'll be a slow one but better than nothing! I may take her swimming too as she's turning into a tantrumming little madam when we are at home so the more we are out the better!

Belle - fab loss! You've done really well.
WE - sounds like a good plan. Cutting the booze out really seems to help doesn't it? It's too bloody tempting for me though.
SW - glad to hear you're feeling motivated again!
WS - good idea re the photo diary! Hope it keeps you going - its nice to see the improvement
(not sure why I did personals in such a weird order - sorry!)
Bad weekend here too, lots of booze and snacking not to mention a takeaway and a TGI's too I'm not weighing today as I don't want it to put me in a bad mood as I'm feeling quite motivated again. Got to hit it hard this week and really step up the fitness - I struggle as I have isaac all day and then don't feel like it when hes gone to bed. I need to JFDI! I could try to do the Shred but I've got no where to do it as I don't want H watching!! I will think of something, my mum was on about starting a class or 2 so might have a look. Has anyone done Zumba?
Today I'm planning:
B - toast with low fat spread
L - fruit
D - fajitas
S - lots of water!

Morning - sneaking on at work. Well done on getting below 10 stone Belle, you must be delighted.
We had a weekend away to celebrate our wedding anniversary and needless to say I have eaten and drunk so much that I basically probably shouldn't eat for the rest of the week! So back to it today with a nice light salad for lunch and a low calorie dinner tonight. If I'm very lucky I might achieve a stay the same this week.

PJ - Even if you can't do it every day, maybe try a couple of times a week if you have time when the babies are napping?
AFM I had a good session at the gym, burnt 1200 calories through running, stepper and shredding. Feeling good!

Well done on the losses everyone. 0.75 lbs off for me this week which is annoying as another lb would have taken me to my 5% goal at WW. My knees still playing up but I might try and shred later, I can at least do the abdominal exercises if I'm struggling.

ANother bad weekend here. I am struggling tbh. Weekends I dont eat too badly, but it undoes all my hard work. i can't get past this 9.10/9.12 bracket for more than a week. I know I need to exercise more, its fitting it in - the 30ds hurts my knees but is so effective! Grr.
I have a hen weekend in 4 weeks time and I bet everyone is skinny so I want to work on my legs and tum - will see if I can dig davina out!

I'm having egg and bacon pie for diner tonight now, needed to use up bacon and eggs. will only have a little bit with salad so hopefully not too bad for me!! fingers crossed!! I'm just going to make my H fat
