How did you get on over the weekend? I've had an ok weekend. I stayed within calories on Friday night, even with a bottle of wine added in. I weighed in on Saturday and had lost 3lbs. I was off the diet on Saturday and had chocolate, pizza and alcohol. Sunday I was good food wise but had a few bottles of bud last night but that's a pretty good weekend for me.
Back on track today. I've got a bit of a busy week this week so won't get to the gym as much as I would like. I'm in work today so no temptations.

D - jacket potato with tuna and salad.

Well done on the 3lb loss SW, that's brilliant especially with alcohol consumed too.
I'm bloody over the moon today. I weighed in this morning at 9st 13lb! That's the first time I've seen 9st on the scales since my early twenties! I had to double check but both tickets said exactly the same. Whoop Whoop for me! Yes it's only another 1lb loss but I'm under 10 frickin stone!

I've had another good weekend, apart from a glass of wine last night (but that was needed for toast to my brother's ex)
Hopefully I can continue this week, got my work Christmas party on Friday night so knowing I can eat lost of lovely food then should keep me motivated!

Well done on a good week Deedee. Everytime your tempted to eat something you shouldn't just think of your work's party on Friday and how much better you will feel by Friday night if you've had a good week. Its only 5 days.

Thanks ladies, I really am chuffed to bits. H has had words with me this morning and told me to stop or there won't be anything left of me but boobs But I'm going to stick with it as much as I can as I know December is a hard month.
DD how many days at work are you doing this week? Try and stay busy when at home and just pick at goodies. You'll look fab at your do on Friday.

I've gone from a 14 to a 10/12. I need a 10 waist but have 12 boobs and hips. My shift dress I'm wearing today is sagging around the middle which isn't a good look. I need to tone more than anything now but I can't be bothered, I'll do that in January.

Kat - oh yes, it's so easy to put on weight just looking at the Christmas food, let alone eating it all!! Having a little leeway is a good idea so you don't have to worry about indulging. I'm in the office 3 days, then will be busy ferrying C around on Thursday, so just Friday working from home to worry about, but I've managed it a lot more easily since being back on the Dukan, making sure I've plenty of meat to snack on so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. I'll be thinking of my lovely pink dress, although it fit me no problem when I was a few pounds more than I am now, but should look even better on Friday
SW - You're right, I always feel so much better when I've been good, and a night out doesn't happen very often these days so is definitely keeping me more motivated!

Lovely dress Deedee.
I have been sitting this morning trying to decide if I should join a slimming class or just do it by myself. I find classes can motivate me especially the pressure of having to face someone at the scales, but in an attempt to save money I would love to follow the plan I have myself. Do you go to classes or can you keep yourselves on track?

Pancake I initially started a WW class as I had no idea where to start. I signed up for 3months (£20 online) then took the principle and followed that once the membership lapsed.

Wg I don't go to a class as I'm a shift worker and don't always have the same day off but I find this thread helps as I need to own up to my sins iyswim
Well, Afm I ate a whole (yes a whole HUGE) Camembert and half a crusty baguette last night it was gorgeous!!! I completely blame h, I was on the early shift, he needed to make tea but sent me a text saying he had forgot to make tea so had made the kids pasta with salami and cheese so when I got in from work he said he'd bought some nibbly things for tea and I was so hungry I bloomin ate a whole Camembert! Fuming with myself as there was no need for it, but by god it was lovely!
Iv weighed myself and the scales have stayed the same so I'm going to be very very careful as its 2 weeks today till my night out.
L- low fat ham with pickles
D- spicy prawn and cucumber salad

SW - Check you out not being hungover at the weekend! Whoop whoop - 3lbs is a fab loss too.
DD - You too, wow, so much motivation! Friday isn't far away - that dress is lush! Why do I not have you on FB?
Pancake - To begin with I would go to classes, then see how you get on with the plan. The first few weeks are always the hardest so you may need the support and advice, but once you are in the plan then stop the classes. Good luck!
3 more weigh ins till Christmas! Whoop whoop! I need to stick with it, I;m feeling better, I even havea collarbone. I bought 4 dresses over the last two days, one is a size 12 and huge, the other 3 are size 10's and look lush. I still have a tummy to tone though so will work on that. I'm having a fat wrap loss thingy on Friday morning, hope it works to reduce my middle!
