Gawd I couldn't stop eating yesterday! I had: grapes, lamb & aubergine stew, 2 small slices of bread to moo up the stew, about 8 Cadbury roses, an apple, a fruit salad, 2 ritz crackers with cheese, prawn and veg stir fry(no noodles or rice) quarter tub of Pringles, ww yoghurt & handful ritz crackers!
I did manage 100 sit ups and 60squats with weights but seriously people I need to sort the eaten out. Could be TOTM related could just be me being a pig. Work was quiet as well so could be to do with that.
Today will be better....I hope!

Margot, sounds like a good day for you yesterday.
Belle I wouldn't be worrying if I were you, you've got no Christmas weight to lose anyway.
AFM I had a good day yesterday, lots of exercise and was well within calories. I finished off the handful of peanut m&ms that were left so hopefully the other stuff in there won't tempt me tonight.
I'm having a rest from the gym today as I'm back at work today and aching from 3 days pushing myself at the gym.

D - Ham salad sandwich and packet of squares.

Let me know what needs changing on the chart. My weight will be wrong as I haven't been weighed since before Christmas.

SW That's not the right mind set though is it. Oh I've got nothing to lose so I can stuff my face = gaining weight. I need to get out of the snacking phase, it will come, I managed it before.
Sound like your body needs a rest after 3 full on days working out.

Morning. I am feeling pleased as I got up early and did Ripped in 30 again this morning. Only Level One but I was still sweating away at the end. (And had a helpful 6 year old telling me I wasn't doing some of them right. 'That's not how you do it mummy you need to really bend your knees' )
Yesterday I ate healthily all day apart from 2 pieces of fudge in the evening. But even that's an improvement on the half a ton of Quality Street I have been eating.
At home today and have a builder here doing some work so can't go out so I will be getting busy with the housework. I will be meal planning for next week as H will be supermarket shopping tomorrow.
Margot - you're still sounding very motivated.
Belle - pringles and ritz crackers are both the work of the devil. Once I've opened the packet I find it hard to stop. Especially salt and vinegar pringles. Well done on all those squats and sit ups.
SW - I'm always exhausted reading your gym work outs Good to have a day off and let the body recover.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will be a sandwich or crackers and fruit
Dinner will be salmon and veggies.

I;m here. I dont feel 100% in the zone, I really want to crack on with running but my evening partner cant do this week. Boo.
Food wise, I am doing ok, could be better!

Thanks Belle. I didn't want to get up but I knew I had to and now its done. I'm much better at exercising first thing before my brain has time to kick in. If I do it in the evenings then its easier to make excuses and not both.
1st baby its annoying when you want to get going but can't.

Yup I hear you on that one! I just can't face 5.30am at the moment. I'm hoping a week of sit ups & squats then 2 days of exercise at the weekend will give me the buzz to do it properly next week.....who am I kidding eh!

No I would never get up at 5.30 to exercise either! I only do it on the days I'm not working or doing the school run so going in to work later. But you work full time so harder to fit it in in the mornings.
