How have you been getting on this week? Only 2 more weigh ins til Christmas
I've had a good week this week, although the scales don't seem to be moving very fast. I think its down to the fact that I've only been to the gym once this week, it just shows how much exercises effects my weight loss.
I'm at work today so no temptations then I'm heading straight to the gym when I've finished for a good session or last chance training as they would say on the biggest loser, before weigh in tomorrow.

D - jacket potato with tuna and salad

I was very good yesterday, stuck to the diet completely!! Even when C offered me his sweet from his advent calendar in the morning which he said he didn't like, and also refused chocolate in the evening (apparently he doesn't like it any more, he can't be my son!! ) I resisted!!
I'm not sure I'll actually have lost any weight going on the scales the last few days though, but based on how my boobs currently feel, I think AF is on it's way - boo!
Day off with C today, so will have to try and not pick at things I shouldn't eat and stick to what I can eat.
B - oatbran porridge
L - scrambled egg and chicken slices
D - steak and stir fry veg
S - yogurt

I ate like a pig yesterday but back on it today. Do you ladies weigh yourselves during the week? I thought it was once a week because your weight can fluctuate so much over that period?

Kat - didn't you eat loads last week and thought you were going to put weight on, and then lost another lb? Hopefully you'll have another week like that. Yes you're not supposed to weigh more often, but I just can't help myself, I've always been like it

I ate a ton last week as I was home with L but I was also on my period at weigh in so reckon that added the weight I lost this week iyswim?

I feel good, have stuck to plan quite well this week. I am off out for a curry tonight but will choose wisely and not be drinking, just hope it doesnt screw up weigh in tomorrow.
I try not to weigh in during the week as if it shows a loss early on I might eat badly as its working, or it might show a sts or a gain which would demotivate me and make me east badly, so really once a week is the only way as its a more realistic result.
SW - I havent been to the gym this week, so bad, but too much else going on and I've been feeling ill with a sore throat so havent made the effort. I am due to go first thing tomorrow morning as H is off but will see if I choose a lay in or not!
DD - Go you, I love it when you are motivated - you remind me of me so much! How much do you have to loose?
KS - You always think you have eaten loads but I think as your eating habits have changed, you are eating a ton of healthy stuff.
How come its just us lot at the moment, has everyone jumped off the wagon for christmas already?

I think I've done all right this week. Helped by not feeling too good yesterday which stopped me eating too much.
I sometimes do have a look at the scales during the week. If I've had a couple of lots of eating and drinking days I want to see what the damage is. I only count what it says on the weekly weigh in.
SW - its hard to feel the motivation to get out and exercise when its cold and dark isn't it?
DD - you sound like you're doing well this week.
KS - are you just aiming to maintain now you've hit your target?
1st Baby - curry sounds good. I love all the bits which come with it too (the bits that add all the calories on like the naan bread!)
I got up and did Ripped in 30 Level 3 this morning. I'm trying to mix it around a bit to stop me getting bored. You'd think that I'd be finding it easier by now but, no, I'm still exhausted about half way through - about the point she gets up really close to the camera and shouts
I had cereal and fruit for breakfast
Lunch will be a bagel
Dinner is an omelette, possibly with mackerel because we have some to use up. Am trying to decide whether that will be nice or disgusting

1stBaby - hopefully you'll still get a good loss tomorrow if you're good tonight. I've still got 8lb as of last Friday to lose! You sound like me too, I'm the same when I see a loss or gain on the scales as you are!!
Cedar - haven't seen the ripped DVD, but she's scary enough without shouting at the camera
We only got home about an hour a go and I didn't have any lunch until then so I should manage to dinner without picking at anything

I;m not following anything now just trying not to snack. I'm avoiding lots of fruit and alcohol as my skin was looking bluergh! Plus Im eating more carbs but daytime...tomorrow will tell if its worked or not, although my skin is looking a wee bit better.
Ive got that fat wrap tomorrow morning too, hope my flabby belly goes!

What about a hot drink to try and fill you up - low fat hot chocolate if you've got anything like that?

1st baby dinner wise id go avoid the rice if having a bread. Tandoori chicken is good if you like it i find it so dry. I have salmon tikka which is a starter as a main dish with a leg curry. Yummy!
