Morning ladies, how are you getting on? I didn't do well yesterday, we still have lots of birthday cake so I ended up having some. Back to being good today. Just sitting outside of the gym waiting for it to open. This afternoon we are picking our new dog up so will take him out for the afternoon so lots of exercise.

I had a bad day yesterday too, lots of bread (toast for breakfast, a wrap for lnuch and then dinner) Today is a new day.
Morning SW and Belle .
I had a bad week last week so trying to get back on track and have a low cal no snacking Mon - Fri. I really need to get back exercising but am just so lazy at the moment.

I was very good yesterday and stuck to my calories! My fast days have worked out quite good this week being Monday and Wednesday because it means I can still have pancakes today, and a nice meal on Valentines night.
Today I'm going to try and track everything in MFP.
B - porridge
L - salad, yogurt, french fries
D - pancakes!!

Sorry i've been AWOL for a few days. I'm back though now.
Weekend wasn't good, we were at a christening on sunday and there was buffet and cake. I tried to be good, but i did have some christening cake.
So from yesterday i was back on it big style, i'm trying to be as syn free as possible for the rest of the week in the hope that it helps. I don't want to be the only person who puts on in their first week.
B - 1 wholemeal toast with boiled egg / milky coffee as my Healthy Extra
S - 2 malted milk biscuits
L - Mugshot with Ski Lemon Mousse
T - Pork & Apple Casserole, with mustard mash and veg.
On the positive note, i can fasten the 2nd button on my trousers, i've not been able to do that since i had S. So that's got to be a good sign hasn't it?

Well done everyone else for being so positive. Its weigh day for me later so hoping the scales show how good I've been.

Yesterday was a good day for me, pretty pleased for my first day back on it.
Today I am mucho looking forward to an abbundance of pancakes so will be very low calorie all day to counteract them! My belly is deffo less bloated so think ythe alcohol over the weekend was not good for me!

I am really late to this today, hope everyone has stayed motivated throughout the day. I will be showing my dedication by not having pancakes tonight, not one will pass my lips even if I have to hide in the bedroom whilst they are all eating nutella ones. Today I have had:
B: Weetabix and semi skimmed milk
L: Spanish tomato and Chicken Soup
D: Spaghetti Bolognese
S: Banana, yogurt and Satsuma’s
I am amazed at just what I can eat on this diet and I am really hoping for a good weight loss in the first week.

Very late to this today as work has been manic not even time for a peek on here! I've had a good day so far, stuck to what I planned to eat and did 6 week 6 pack this morning. Pancakes for dinner tonight.
Chids - your clothes getting looser is definitely a good sign.
NB - you sound really positive.
SW - a puppy is an excellent way to get more exercise in.
