Morning ladies, how did you get on yesterday? I was really good, went to the gym and stayed off the booze. Off to the gym once h gets in from work and today will be another good day as I'm weighing in tomorrow.

SW what sort of ready meals do you eat?! Is it WW type?! Afm - hoping to stay on track. I'm 1lb off 2 stone. I have been quite strict this week. Although scales say I'm losing weight, I feel no different. My mum Tum is still there!! Been doing shred about 4 times a week. Need to try and fit it in more really. Pj xx

PJ just asda good for you meals, I eat them on the 2 nights h is nightshift cos I like not having to cook for once. Two stone is excellent. R is still only little so don't worry too much about your tummy, you'll get there.

Thanks. I'm finding that H is having a lot of lunches out and doesn't always want diner with me and R. Plus I normally do a load of batch cooking for R sometimes feels pointless cooking for me! I think I may just try and few to give me a break on the days I don't need to cook. Thanks. I think I'm coming to terms that I'll never get my old body back! I'm going for my next stone and then I'll decide from there. Do you know where I can find what my average weight should be? I have looked online and see lots of contrasting opinions! I'm happy to keep going with my mini goals though. PJ xx

Day of cake cava and kebab for me yestedsay. I did shred in the morning though. Today Ive done ripped in 30, was hard but goooood! Out for dinner tonight so will try not to have too much today.

I was bad yesterday and today isnt looking great either! The more I put pressure on myself for a certain date, the worse I eat - whats that all about?! I must be good from tomorrow and do more exercise!

Morning ladies, just a quick one from me, I've not been around much lately but still trying! Well done to those staying on track :) I'm out for lunch and drinks with a friend today then got a 40th birthday party tonight so not kidding myself that I'm going to be good! I'm going to join the gym tomorrow, I need something to do in the evenings to stop me snacking and figure this is probably the best thing all round! 1stbaby, I know what you mean about eating worse when you have something to aim for I do that too don't know why! Maybe because you are thinking about it more?

PJ I find it a faff just cooking for me so ready meals are easy to do and low in calories so that does me.
Belle sounds like a fab day, enjoy your meal out tonight.

I've had a good day today, I did body pump at the gym which was good. I had a lovely chicken salad for lunch which was a nice change from ryvita or soup. I'm starving now so may treat myself to a cuppa and a 2 finger kit kat to tie me over until my ready meal.

I need to eat some salads this week. We made a 5 course chinese meal last night as we had my mum over. It was delicious but so bad! Leftovers today but thats all I will eat today, I really need to cut back. I dont wanns be the whale in the pool next week. My belly is so jelly!

Morning, 1baby sounds lovely, from tomorrow you have got 5 full days to make a difference before the weekend.
I'm pleased to report I've lost 2lbs this week making me 12st exactly. I'm godpparent next week and would love it if I could get to 11st something. Having a treat day today by having some alcohol, food is chicken salad for lunch and pasta bake for tea. I've also just done level 3 of the shred. Have a good day everyone.

Weigh in day for me and lost 1kg this week (about 2.2lbs). So happy enough with that. I'm finding it hard to lose weight quickly whilst BFing as I'm worried about affecting my milk supply... I'm snacking on lots of fruit and brazil nuts.
B- Latte (treated myself as a well done for losing weight haha) and Mango (1 portion)
L- Pasta with Courgettes and Pecorino
D- Meat and veg (undecided yet)
SW- well done on going to the gym and keeping off the drink this weekend! That's willpower!
PJ- 2 stone is fab!! I think exercise is the only way to remove the mummy tummy sadly. Mine is getting me down.
Belle- You are so good at keeping up with the exercise! Did you enjoy dinner out?
1stBaby- We are all allowed set backs!
Weekender- I was night snacking so I put a photo of me at my biggest on the fridge It works!

Had a lovely nifht out but drank so much i cant remember getting home! Day off foday as Im hanging! Ive had a kit kat and French roll for lunch lol
