Try and stay focussed rhis weekend girls.
ive done day 10 of the 30ds, had yoghurt & some tinned peaches for breakfast (rinse them off in water). I'll be havinf cake for lunch and am making nachos for dinner - no such thing as a low cal version of those!
Tomorrow will be better.

Morning Belle, I'm going to for day 7 when I can be bothered to get out of bed. I was fine food wise yesterday but the booze didn't do me any favours.
No chance of me being good today, off to my friends for a house party at 3pm, that will involve lots of booze so going to enjoy it and think about my diet again on Monday.

Ive said this a few times before, but can i join? Im deadly serious with it all now. I started 8th January and ive lost 9.8lbs to date. Im very happy with myself x

No idea what we'll be eating today as I have a poorly boy to look after and feeling a little queasy myself - hope I haven't got what he has.
For anyone who's interested in the fasting diet, Michael Mosley's book is one of the Kindle deals of the day today so only 99p - even if you don't have a kindle, but have a tablet or smart phone, you could download the kindle app and read it on there.

I'm ill with a cold so actually don't feel like eating anyway and just want to go to bed.

I'm not planning on going overboard this weekend although I did overdo the wine last night but felt the need to get drunk after a particularly sh1te day. Today I'm having
B - weetabix x 2
L - sandwich of some sort
T - don't know cos H probably won't be here to eat, maybe left over chilli from yesterday

I am planning a very bad weekend of which I shall not apologise. Instead come Monday I WILL be back and focussed and I WILL get to target. Plenty of wine first tonight though! x

I had a fig roll and a mocha for breakfast

D- I am attempting to make a recipe I saw on this morning, salmon and leek filo parcels, apparently less than 500cals per serving
Hope you all have good weekends, I'm avoiding alcohol as it inevitably ends up with me making bad choices when I get the munchies!

Hi ladies, well yesterday was a shocker here, but today is much better, I'm really focused and H is on it with me too now. Today has been omelette for breakfast with some onions and peppers through it, lunch was ham salad, dinner will be chicken jambalaya when it's ready. Hope its quick I'm starving no wine tonight and I have carrot ans cucumber sticks and low fat hummus to snack on. May even attempt some exercise when M is in bed.
Nachos sounds much nicer though!! But when you are at goal you deserve to treat yourself!!

i just managed to avoid my desperate need and craving for dominoes pizza and had a firozen fish pie !
however for breakfast we had sausages,beans,scrambled egg and toast
lunch time we were at a 1st bday so had party food !
not a good day !

Bad dinner for me last night and i didn't even really enjoy it. I've completed day 11 shred this morning in the hope it counteracts last night. Light breakfast and lunch today then beef and ale stew for dinner.

Morning girls well we went out yesterday for lunch and I had Sea bass salad with prawns and clams which was realky lovely...then a bottle of wine and birthday cake so angry with myself
Loaded with the cold too so lazy day here before I go back to the war zone tonight (sorry I mean night shift),

Morning ladies :) good day here yesterday, stuck to it 100%, nothing bad so I'm really pleased with myself. Today is b omelette, l - strips of chicken in a curry yogurt dip with salad, d - beef goulash. Hope can stick to it today, AF turned up this morning which is disappointing but not exactly unexpected, she's also brought awful cramps with her, the witch! But I'm focused!!
CP, don't be annoyed with yourself you are doing so well with it that one day off for Is birthday won't hurt. Thing with diets is that it's got to fit in around normal life.
Belle, shame your nachos weren't worth it! Well done on day11 shredding, have you moved up to level 2?

The salmon parcels last night were lovely, would recommend however I couldn't find my pastry brush for the filo pastry so had to use a 1inch paint brush! It was brand new though...
Hope you all have a good Sunday, I munched a creme egg last night and ended up 55cals over on MFP, not too bad.

Well I drank my own body weight in alcohol yesterday (that's a lot) but didn't eat too bad which is something I suppose. Am hanging a bit today and want stooge and had a snickers for breakfast/lunch oops.

I'm joining you! I stood on the scales today and have lost 1 stone in 5 weeks so happy with that. Still another stone and a half to go though! Been very good over the weekend food wise and have done 5 days of the 30 DS.

Thank you! I think that was the 'easy' stone to shed, weight loss is slowing down now but I'll keep at it!
