I've falled off huge style over the the last 5 days whilst i've been in Wales, so despite having lost 1.5lb, taking my total to 8lb at the last weigh in before i went away, i expect to put it back on when i go to get weighed on Thursday.
So i've got two days to do damage limitation
So today it's got to be
B - toast, 1 boiled egg & coffee
L - mugshot & sugar free jelly
T - SW Chicken fried rice i think.
I'm going to try and limit my snacks.

Drink as much water as you can before eating food Chids, it helps limit the need for snacking.
I had an OK day yesterday, but did pick a little last night. I had half a Terrys chocolate orange, Lou & H had the other half, strawberries & melon after my dinner which was chicken and salad. Today I have usual breakfast and lunch is more homemade chicken noodle soup. Dinner will be chicken wraps.

Thanks for the tip Belle, i will try and drink more water. I've drunk that much coffee over the weekend i feel i need to cleanse my system a bit anyway.

The only trouble with drinking so much water is the need to pee every 5 minutes! Me and the girl I work with often try and have at least 1litre a day, we don't always manage it though.
Morning, I had a shocking day yesterday, was hungover and craving bad foods so we ended up getting an Indian washed down with a few beers, very bad I know but it was lush. TToday will be better, I'm off for a run this morning then getting my baby niece this afternoon so going to take her and J for a long walk along the river and the coast.
B - tea
L - soup
D - chicken enchiladas.

Great day for me yesterday, was a real struggle to stick with the fast, I was so hungry all day and felt I had a bit of low bloodsugar in the afternoon feeling wobbly etc, but I had an extra little snack and it went and I managed to stick to under 400 cals for the day!
I can eat proper food again today, but I really need to control what I'm eating and not go over the top.
Plan for today:
B - porridge
L - soup and roll, bag of french fries
S - fruit
D - meatballs and pasta, yogurt
SW - i could really go for an indian take away!!

Just about to go out so a quicky here. I really need to exercise, iv been saying it since the start of lent and not done anything yet!!!

Morning ladies. I am feeling much more motivated now than I have been lately. Yesterday was OK overall even if I did have some of the flapjack mini bites one of my colleagues bought in. I was still OK calorie wise.
Chids don't worry if you went a off diet. Stick with it and you'll be back on track in no time. Its a long term goal and there are gping to be bumps on the way. The main thing is not to give up.
Today I got up and did 6 Week 6 Pack first thing. Never enjoy the thought of doing it but once I get started I'm OK.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is a sandwich and fruit
Dinner is risotto.
I shall be drinking plenty of water and ignoring the snacks at work.

Hi ladies, quickie from me, B - low carb muffin, L - salad, D - fajitas. An hour of walking tonight too and I'll do a shred or ripped as well since I did no exercise at all yesterday. Then lie in the bath to recover and keep me away from biscuits

Yesterday was ok. Today I should be heading to the gym which I am looking forward too. I need to get back into it!
B: 2 biscuits and 2 teas lol
L: Tuna pasta salad
D: Not sure, maybe chicken curry or salad

I never know what I am going to eat, however, I have lost 1.5, that is me at 10.5 lost now, to get to my WW goal, I only need to lose 9.5 lbs

Yesterday was awful! First proper day which was a big NO! H ordered a massive takeaway for my birthday after me telling him no. I sorted kids out and then came down stairs to delivery man, so I had to eat it! Lol. Was delicious but I ate so much! Back on it today really need to be good as H birthday on thurs and I know it's going to be awful again!
So my H is a feeder, that's my problem!!! Ha,
