So help me decide! the options are:
- have a party to celebrate (any old excuse!) with family and friends
- go away somewhere for a few nights to a very nice hotel in the UK
- go back to Cyprus where we got married for a week
- go somewhere abroad more exotic for a week
What do you think?

No kids staying with parents......although having a major guilt trip about that fact....Lauren cannot miss school

I would go somewhere exotic then and have a party as well. Lol.

Erm you know my answer! Go away, Mexico, St Lucia....

I'd do party and then weekend away.
I'm not sure I'd want to miss a week away without my kids. As lovely as it sounds, I'd rather have a week away with them in the school holiday.

What does Rob want?
H wouldnt go away without the kids for that long. I'd do a weekend away alone and maybe a party?

What Rusty said! -
I'd do a weekend away but wouldn't have a party. Or, I'd go to a Michelin restaurant.
I wouldn't spend the amount of money on a luxurious holiday for the two of us but instead do something with the kids.
I always said I was going to Vegas for my 40th (went for my 30th) but Little Miss will be too little so I'd rather do something like Disney World, which will be fun for all of us. Plus she'd be at school so we couldn't actually be away for my 40th (50th is another story... )

Weekend away just the two of you and a party if you can do both.
Ours is in 2014 and we are planning on going for a weekend to Le Manoir aux Quatre Saisons and I cannot wait!!!
I wouldn't want to leave the kids who will be 1 and 3 for longer than a weekend.

4th option - I would go away abroad

10th anniversary is tin - I would give him a can of Guinness (plus tickets to Dublin and a tour of the Guinness factory).
And do a big party too as I'd want to celebrate with friends and family as well.

It's our 10 year anniversary too this year. Not really thought about til I saw this thread - must remind hubby!!! Think I'd do the weekend away and a lovely family holiday another time.

I would say go to Cyprus for a week (I got married there too and adored it) but I couldn't leave my children for a week. Could you have a lovely weekend away and then a party or a meal at home? Xx

Treat yourselves and go away together!! I hope to go back to our Honeymoon destination for our 10th anniversary (child free!) I think you should throw a party too!
