Day 3 is a killer - I only managed half of day 3 on Sat and ended up doing sit ups for the remaining 15 minutes!
Completed Day 5 last night, Day 6 this evening.

I plan to complete day 2 this evening when H is home as M is really unsettled today so being a velcro baby. My legs ache this morning after day 1, I'm dreading day 3 now

Day 3 complete. I did a 20 minute run and 20 mins on the stepper before shredding and oh yes it was hard.

Oh and I've just worked out, it's 33 days until I'm godmother to my sister's baby so that should keep me motivated to finish the 30 days.

Nah, I do need to sort my lard @rse out, so i'm determined to stick to it. I've even dusted the Wii fit off. going to get C to play just dance with me too.

Mrs G, Google Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It's hard but it works and only takes 25 minutes. You can get the dvd cheaply on Amazon.

I did something painful to my calf muscle the other day (not shredding) so have had to take 2 days off but will be back on it tomorrow. Well done ladies

Ah its annoying when you get an injury isn't it? Best to rest it for a couple of days or you'll do more harm.

In one of her DVDs she shouts "you're matching me aren't you?". My answer to this is always a "no not even close!"
Well done on sticking with it. I'm doing 6 week 6 pack which is mainly core in an attempt to shift some of my midriff. I will report back when I've got a bit further on.

Cedar I've done the 6 Week 6 Pack once and don't think I was that keen iirc but will done. You will have to let us know if it works because my stomach area is my worst part of my body.
