My brother is 30 in 3 weeks and I am really struggling what to buy him, I am thinking of just giving him the cash. But wanted to see what I could think of first. My budget is £100. I originally thought of a Jamie Oliver cooking class and ran this idea past his wife and she pinched my idea and did it earlier in the year for him!!! I did tell him then that I was going to book it for his bday, so that idea is out of the window. He doesn't have any hobbies but loves to cook and drink nice wine, he is mad on Jamie Oliver and has most of kitchen full of Jamie Oliver and has eaten at most of his restaurants. My other idea was an overnight stay in a nice hotel, if I could somewhere nice for my budget.
does anyone have any ideas?

What about a wine tasting day? Tickets for a music gig? A cooking day with another celeb? We were given a voucher for a chocolate making course last christmas which was realy good fun.

Where is he based? If you look at Indian Essence in Petts Wood it is run by Atol Kocher (Michelin chef) and he hosts cooking master classes with him on certain Saturday mornings. It is in a group of 10 and you get shown how to make various menu things and try them and it then includes a lunch that other halves can join. I booked it for my H and he loved it. I think Atol does it at his central London restaurant as well (Benares near Green Park tube). I've also done the Green & Blavks chocolate class which was ace
