It's possible that it could be implantation bleeding you're experiencing which would mean you're in early pregnancy but there are also some infections that can cause bleeding.
The only way to be certain is to talk to your Dr/GP about your symptoms and get checked over. It could mean blood/wee samples but you'll get your answers.

The most important thing here is asking yourself the ultimate question - 'Do you want to be pregnant?/Are you ready to be a mum?' If your answer is not a definate yes then you need to get your answers sooner rather than later (if you consider a termination it will get harder for you the further into the pregnancy you get).
You are worried how your family will react which is natural to do but you must remember if you are pregnant you will go through changes your close friends/family will notice (you'll feel more tired, you'll want to wee more, you're appetite can change, you'll become more emotionally sensitive, you'll notice a change in your hair/nails, you'll start showing a bump). If it were your sister who was pregnant would you rather she told you or waited for you to notice the signs?
