I bought a lamp from Amazon which is faulty. It wasn't sold by Amazon but another company. I've emailed them 3 times to see how I go about returning it and either getting a refund or replacement and I still haven't heard back from them. Its been over a week now. Is there anyway I can complain to Amazon or something?

I'd email Amazon customer services and ask for advice. I assume they cover things like this. Hope you get it sorted!
