I thought you might appreciate this haha.. Made me chuckle

Tell me about it! I genuinely know of a patient (teenager) who buzzed to ask the nurse to close their lap top for them, which they'd just been using. Unsurprisingly the nurse said no.

Haha are you joking... How frigging annoying!
Some people make me chuckle.. Saying that tho I was on the other side of the system and a in-patient and I had to buzz to get them to do stuff for me..I was in a lef cast..arm cast and broken collar bone so couldn't do anything for myself... It use to make me chuckle because they had really strict visiting times and was thinking if they just let partner (Now H) stay with me then I wouldn't have to buzz to pour me water or something silly.
(I was a nurse on a cancer ward where visiting hours were very flexible)

See as I'm paeds, our visiting hours are flexible too. Both parents can be there late, one can stay overnight. But it doesn't stop patients buzzing for their TV to be turned over only to find a room full of relatives! Gah!
And people wonder why their meds are late!

I'm printing this out to take to work! Think the staff room might appreciate it :)
