It's only day 2 for me today, just done it, did set my alarm to do it at 645 but M was up, so nap time I have ceased my chance, sweating now mind!!!
Is anyone still in, I need you!!

I'm still doing it. Missed it yesterday as I was ill, so day 13 for me today. I've jumped to level 3 as 2 is rubbish.

I'm still doing it. Day 9 for me today, I'll do it tonight when I go to the gym or when I get in from the gym.
Belle I don't like level 2 at all. Think I'll go straight to level 3. My gym instructor has devised a 3-2-1 and an all over booty programme which I'll start to follow after I've finished the shred. Let me know if you want a copy of that

Louise your still early days. As Jillian says by Day 5/6 you notice the difference in your stamina.
SW please, I'd love to see that. I'm actually thinking of ditching the shred and doing 6w6p from the weekend. I looked on You Tube and there is still cardio but she really concentrates on yoru core which is my problem area.

Belle I'll get a copy of both work outs from the gym tonight. I've done 6w6p once before, not sure I was that into it and could stick with it for 6 weeks.
The all over booty does more abs/core stuff than the 30ds.

Oh is that another one of hers? Will check it out. TBH if I had the inclination I could just do sit ups and some cardio myself as I have about 2inches to lose on my tum and my butt needs perking up.
