SND is Saturday night dullard for anyone who doesn't know what it means.
H is at work tonight and E is sleeping at my sisters so its just me and J tonight and I'm bored.
Today we took the kids and E's friend swimming, then they have played out all afternoon while me and H just lounged around.
J is just watching the football while I'm faffing around on the laptop. Might treat myself and have a liquid tea
Anyone else around tonight?
Have you done much today?

I'm here a bit tonight.. We've been to Brighton today to see H's nan. Was a nice day actually.
Just got home and I'm shattered! Littlest has fallen asleep and H and T are watching you've been framed zzzzz

I'm around. Did done baking and gardening today. Helped H with DIY. Just cooking tea, chicken with bacon leaks and cheese sauce wrapped in puff pastry, mash and veg. Think H and I will have a board games night. Hoping for a nice day tomorrow do we can go into the peaks for a walk.

Sounds like a lovely day. Tthe weather is looking lovely for tomorrow, 17 down your way, not so warm up here but at least its improving.
Has your H had anymore tests recently? Has he got many left to do?
Had the step kids today, so I am REALLY looking forward to the bottle of Prosecco H bought me. He is currently cooking us a roast chicken dinner.
C has been in his room all day, as per usual when the step kids are here. J was up early, and never napped, so he crashed about 15 minutes ago. H's 2 were sent up at the same time. The house is now silent, BLISS.
I have been on the go all day, sorting stuff round the house, so am doing a bit of crocheting to unwind. So hardcore!!!!

Hey rc, your tea sounds lovely, wish I had someone making some tea. I've got a creme egg in the fridge, think that might be my tea!!!
AK you don't sound as stressed as you usually do after a weekend with the SK Ooh I could eat a nice chicken dinner and drink a bottle of prosecco, a couple of Bud's will have to do.
08/03/2014 at 18:57
I'm actually really excited as I've just got us a tesco finest meal for a tenner for tea! Chicken and chorizo paella, roasted veg, chocolate profiteroles and a bottle of wine!
08/03/2014 at 18:58
Ha, I have left H to deal with them all day. I have been cleaning, out the way. My H is stressed enough for the both of us...

We had a major set back SW with the knowledge- on his last test he was put back to the start of the previous level :( he was toe away from finishing and now he's more like 8/9 away from finishing. Put us in a sticky situation really.. As he have up work and everything so we're just trying to work out what to do money wise. Thank you for asking x
Hello AK, enjoy your prossecco love! I'm quite jealous about that! Haha
Hi rain cloud, I think I might do some gardening tomorrow, I've been waiting for the weather to warm up, mama d your dinner sounds lovely xx
Two not toe!

Knowledgewife, I'm sorry that's awful after the bloody long line of tests he has done!
Sw, good to see you stocking around. I'm going to try and put more effort in now. Enjoy your night, I love a bit of peace an quiet.
AK, I actually can't imagine you stressed....then again imagining you in your slippers crocheting doesn't sit either;-)
I'm here, sobering up as I type. Been at my FILs all day, my wishes came true though and Everton lost so I don't have to deal with H wanting to spend a small fortune on going to wembly....not that I just said that. S is down and I'm about to took onto a takeaway pizza, bye bye diet!

MamaD I'm drooling now
AK that doesn't sound good.
Ah that's a shame about the tests, it must be so frustrating.
QS I wouldn't let your H hear you say that. My H was at Wembley for the match last week, he went on the bus so didn't stay overnight, he was there and back in the day so it didn't cost too much. They could be back there again if Sunderland win tomorrow but I don't think he could go cos he's got work and can't get the time off. Pizza sounds good, we are getting a take away tomorrow. How is your diet going?
08/03/2014 at 19:19
Hello QS, mmm pizza!! You've had a good day then if your sobering up? I know, it really was gutting. It only happened last week so we are still trying to sort out where to go from here, he's not giving it up at all, you just have to keep going but hopefully they are nice to him from now on. He's next test is on the 27th x
08/03/2014 at 19:25
KW, that's such a shame. Good luck to him for his next test.
Haha QS - if it helps, I have Hello Kitty slippers...

I don't drink more than two when I have the kids about but had a few today. Wouldn't say drunk just tipsier than I usually would. It was nice to let my hair down though. I feel so sorry for you and your H, the pressure must have been awful I can't imagine having to sit tests now. Lo believe people in a work position should be tested on performance not bloody written tests. I hope work do well by him h is obviously putting the time in.
08/03/2014 at 19:27
I'm here, sulking cos we've got no wine or naughty food to nibble, not a typical Saturday night! I've got my pjs on so no visit to the shop. Never mind, very good for the diet! We had chicken curry for tea, it was just a pataks sauce that we usually like but it wasn't very nice.
08/03/2014 at 19:33
Thanks AK, just one of those things and you have to get on with it
QS, they are verbal tests that he does, he has worked so hard for them all but the carriage off just decide what they want to do and there's no chance of fighting for a pass if they want to hold you up in some way, it sucks really but they have the bloody power over the poor knowledge boys/girls . I'm sure it'll work out, he just needs to get some money in now as we are running out! :-/ x
08/03/2014 at 19:34
Hi Frankie , think of how many calories your saving for tomorrow ;-) wonder why your curry wasn't as nice?
That helps, Ak under a crocheted blanket, slippers on with a pint of prosecco to hand! My mum knits cardys and hats for premmies since I had s and she was disgusted at the prices baby shops charge for special small clothes. I think your crocheting deffo needs to be added to your button boys, your stuff is gorgeous.
08/03/2014 at 19:40
Ah, thanks lovely. I have some stuff on Button Boys, but go more by word of mouth ATM, so I can concentrate on the stuff to donate.
The prices shops charge is ridiculous. When I had C, I could only find small baby stuff in Adams. Is that shop still around???
