On how best to deal with the tiredness of a pregnancy and look after a 2year old?
I am gonna sound dead spoilt now,but luckily she still has a nap in the afternoon, sometimes for a few hrs but even though I sleep when she does i still wake up absolutly shattered. I feel so guilty cos she wakes up full of beans and wants to play and I just have no energy ,I feel like an old woman!! I cant wait to go back to bed which most nights is about 7.30 ish!!!
Does/did anyone use anything herbal or otherwise to help with this? If so I would love to hear from you!!!

My eldest was 8 mth when i concieved numbr 2,and like Isabelle he still had naps, which i enjoyed also. Woke up feeling worse tho,i tried eating 6 sml meals per day to keep energy levels up,and early nights!
Which you've got sussed already! Is there anyone who could watch her for say a couple of hours a wk,so you could maybe get a soak in the tub or just a rest?
I sympathise with you hun,had exact same prob, and bar eating regular which isn't great when you feel rough,i didn't do anything different.
Good luck x x

What used to work for me was to get all the jobs and trips out done as early as possible. After lunch I put the toddler down for a nap and had a nap myself.Don't know if this is the case for everyone but sometimes you feel worse after a long nap than if you just give yourself 20 minutes or so.Early nights are always good.
If you have no energy just do activities where you're sitting down or where you can watch while Isabelle does all the energetic stuff.
Hopefully the tiredness will pass soon.
