I put half on, which considering what i'd had over the weekend wasn't too bad. So i've now got no more weigh ins now until after my hols. I'm not going to blow it though, i've worked hard to lose my 1st of many stones.
B - rice crispies & milk.
L - Cous cous salad & muller light
D - Not sure as i'm out tonight getting my hair done and my pedicure, so i'll just grab some toast or something later.

Enjoy your pampering! I weighed in at 9.5 still so im happy at that. Would have like to have lost lb and been 9.4 but nevermind! Hopefully net week. I'm not trying very hard though tbh, im sure if i wanted to i could do it but im feeling pretty crap and not with it. I think becasue my goal was 9.7 im not trying as hard, but i'd like to have got to 9.2 for end of may for a family photo shoot. I mean if i go ther id be chuffed but now im not overly bothered.
Tonight will be naughty as we have friend over! Im going to a friends in a bit so may have cake too, but will try to be good rest of the day! x

PJ, just see how maintaining goes over the next few weeks, in your pictures, you don't look like you need to lose anymore weight, you look great.

PJ I really don't think you need to lose anymore sweetie. Tell me to bugger off if you like but you look amazing so be careful not to go too far. x

I don't have scales and I don't really go by weight anyway but I seem to have lost half an inch from waist and same from tummy. Could just be because I've stopped eating chocolate as other crap the last couple of days so not as bloated. Still it means I'm determined not to drink much this weekend and stick to being good!

Morning. A bad week ish for me, but weighed in at 9.8 exactly so half a pound off. I can cope with that! Would love to get to 9.7 for next week but that will involve motivation, determination and gym!

I'm not weighing in this week as with my birthday last weekend and my H's birthday tomorrow there doesn't seem much point
We've been eating lots of salad this week and been quite healthy with the main meals but I've been snacking at work and eating chocolates in the evening. Will be more focused after the weekend.

Oh god I really need some motivation and inspiration ladies!! Since our hols last week I can't get back into the zone at all :-( Just feel like I can't be bothered! I've only got a few pounds to lose and I always find that the hardest. My friends keep saying I don't need to lose any weight but I know myself that my tummy is needing work!!

Mossy - perhaps try and fit in some exercise if it's only a few lbs that you need to lose, it might tone up the mummy tummy?

Mossy I'm the same but have managed 3 mornings this week of doing the shred at 5.30am. I've also started getting off train a stop early and walking over bridge to work. Every little bit helps.

I need start shredding again, I really do need to stop making excuses!! I will feel crap in summer clothes when the nice weather comes if I don't sort myself out. The thing is, after exercise I always feel great, full of energy so it's silly that I don't do it really.

Yup I hear ya! It's amazing how much better I feel after a 5.30am exercise wake up than a 6am in the shower wake up.

Hi All - nearly weekend!!!!
After excercising 5 days a week for the last 2 weeks and eating a lot less to get a good start I lost 1.8LBS this morning
Delighted somethings paid off!!!
