Since I'm off out tonight for my work Christmas do and won't be dieting then, I thought I'd treat myself to a bit of chocolate with my lunch.
Beginning of last week I had quite a deep filling, and the tooth at the edge must have ended up quite thin because I've just noticed that part of my tooth is no longer there while eating some of the chocolate and what's worse is I must have swallowed it! I hate dentists and thought I'd escaped anything too bad like the root canal he'd mentioned if I ended up in pain after the filling, but now I've got to go back (got an appointment already for monday)
I'm really hoping they can just fill that bit, or something else not too invasive rather than actually do a root canal - luckily I'm not in pain, and it can't be seen as it's quite far back, but it feel odd
Another reason for me never to eat chocolate

Awww no! I lost about a 1/3 of my tooth (same thing, my only tooth with a filling and the side came away) and he just piped that white stuff on, shaped and set it...didn't hurt al all! Hopefully you will be the same and not need anything more...hate visiting the dentists too!

Thanks NL, really hope they just do something like that, and I don't have to pay anymore!

I'll forgive you QI, just this once!
Really hope they don't do much, although the tooth looks a mess anyway. x
