Mine gave up on me yesterday so need a new pair. Anyone seen them on offer anywhere recently? Or can recommend a site to buy them from?

It's always the end of my universe when anything happens to mine. I've lost three over the years. The panic. The horror of my frizz. It's all coming screaming back!

Thanks Figaro, was just about to get them through Look Fantastic cos i'd get Quidco but I have Amazon Prime so I'd get them quicker through them - not sure I can last longer than a couple of days without them lol! I should think myself lucky that the ones I've got are at least 5 years old

Are they really that good? My decent straightners packed in just before we went away so i got some cheapy ones, and i'm sure they're wrecking my hair. I would never pay over £100 for some, but my birthday is coming up, so thought i might treat myself if i can get them for £79 like the amazon ones.
My sister has had GHDs, but they've never really lasted much above 18 months, and it seemed a lot of money to pay to have to keep replacing them every 18 months or so.

CP I had my first pair 7years, and I thought that was good going as I use them everyday! Ally I always order through Lookfantastic and get next day dleivery but better offer on Amazon.
Chids I think your sister has been unlucky. 11years for CP, 7years for me.

Probably been her husband buying dodgy ones off the internet then. I'll keep them in mind for when it's my birthday. I'm hoping to get money to put towards an acti-fry, but any left over can go towards straightners.

There are soooo many dodgy GHD sites online. If you go on the main GHD page it tells you the proper sites that sell them.
I had mine for Xmas 2006 and they are still going strong *touch wood*
