I don't need to buy any particular branded bleach to use on clothes this weekend? Good old smartprice at 29p will do?

I presume so, I'm not sure tbh?

What's it for?!

Girls want to acid wash some denim

Bleach isn't acid so it won't be acid washing but it will remove colour from the clothes.
the only reason I can think of why you'd want more expensive bleach was if you were needing to do some fine detail like writing or shapes, as cheap bleach is quite thin/watery but demestos etc is very thick.

I guess it'll work. All bleach will strip colour out anyway.

You always have to be the scientist QI The fahionable look atm is 'acid wash' circa 1990 whereby you dip clothes in bleach and remove the colour. I'd rather they did it with bleach than acid.

Lemonade and coke and vinegar are acids I thought cheap bleaches tended to be less visicous so ran down the side of the toilet quickly whereas as the more expensive one stend to ahev a thickening agent to make them move more slowly?

God I remember doing that when I was about 12! I saw it on this morning a few weeks ago as well!

Love to see a pic of the results.
I remember the wash I did afterwards when I use to tie dye strip the colour out of the other clothes - put them in on their own for the next few washes after.
