Celebrate the jelly belly. It's a trophy and a tribute to what it's given you.
Size 12 was as small as I was before kids.
All you can do is eat a balanced diet as best you can.Starving yourself just makes you miserable. It also slows down the matabolism so it doesn't help anyway. And you'll have no energy to do the stuff you need to.
I did get an exercise video after number three that was specifically for after childbirth.Fine if you have time, which you probably don't.
I think we all feel crap about how we look.I'm sure if we could all afford a personal trainer,a dietician and a nanny to look after the kids while we did all that we'd look like posh spice or any other celebrity skinny Mummy.I certainly wouldn't want it.

Hun,try eating sensible and exercise more-we all know what we should do-it's puttin it into practice.
Mate he'd watch it regardless of your size-he's a bloke after all-simple creatures.

I found one of Darren's things he shouldn't watch once still in the video.I gave the cassette to Harry to unravel(he was about 2 so loved that),helped him too, then left it out where he could see.Haven't found one since.Think they all watch them,at least they're just watching.Actually they're quite amusing in a strange way,but then maybe I'm just wierd.

most mums struggle with their belly after having babies, my figure will never be the same as it was and it does get to me occassionally. celebrities dont help with their dieticians, chefs, personal trainers and nannies they make it seem easy to get back into shape when its just not.
as for watching things they shouldn't, they dont bother me one bit, we all have urges and if he's just watching a film its better than going elsewhere. maybe cause your body image isn't great your sex life could do with some spicing up (i speak from the same place) maybe that would help reduce his viewing

it bothers me and it doesnt. if im feeling ok then dont really care and as a couple we have watched them together for a laugh. But we both decided it was something we'd rather not have in the house. and it was him that uploaded all kinds of protection and control for the computer. And he knew i was having a rough time.
I used to not be bothered by it, and the only rule was that it was not put before me, then he was staying up later and later and as a result sex slowed down, that was a few years ago and I didnt see the point of watching it if it meant he wasnt getting as much. So it was stopped.
and the night he watched it the other night i was just waiting around in bed. that was what annoyed me was that it was put before me. and he knows if he goes off and does that then he aint getting any so I dont see the point.
ar rant over.

Rant away girl, that's what we're here for.
My poor guy hasn't got the energy!!!!!!!!! Trying for number 3 Perhaps he thought you were asleep-I'm not defending him,but I'm sure he'd never put that crap before you hun. x

It's not a problem if they're just looking.Would he be okay the other way round. The last girls weekend we had we were having a good giggle over er.. toy catalogues.I have been to hen nights with male strippers twice since being with Darren.
If it's really upsetting you tell him...last resort mention it in front of his motherlol

i did threaten to tell his mum. hehe. Were all fine now. I was annoyed at time for about a day and he was actually quite upset with himself. So I milked it for all it was worth. But I told him a while ago his punishment if he ever strayed away was I would be marching him around to his mothers to tell her, coz I know it would kill him telling her knowing how much she would be disappointed in him. but deep down I know he wouldnt. Doest stop me from worrying though.
I have a huge self esteem problem. and all those that should have loved more than anyone never have and I have found it hard to just let go and go with the flow and trust that he is different and does care and protect me. unlike my mother who was so self absorbed that she never noticed I was depressed at the age of seven nor did she notice the day I was sent the shop was far long than I should have been because someone had taken me off the street, nor did she notice when my uncle abused me for 7 years. Then my biological father who tried to kill me (literally) at the age of 4 with a knife. then my step father who was again very self absorbed and was a drunk and a grump. Not abusive just sexist. and could be very strict. the combination of this I believe has not been very conductive, haha, no im not messed up I function normally and my own brothers and sisters are not even aware of all this but it is wy I can be a little sensitive.

You are indeed very brave then hun,if you function normally and hold a relationship after all that your'e a better woman than me. I'd have cracked long ago.
If sensitivity is your only issue, than well done you x Yeah I'd milk it,glad all ok now. x
