Hi hope someone can help........My best mate has just had twins - 2 beautiful girls - and is in need of advise on tandem feeding.
She has two older girls who she has breast fed successfully, so is not in need of the basic how to latch on etc.
She wants to feed both at the same time and is unsure if each baby has a breast or do you swap etc......
she has asked me to get some info and i really want to help as much as i can.
Any advise would be hugely appreciated as she is getting conflicting advise from midwives and Dr's - not a critisism of them as thay do a fab job.

I was a nanny to breast fed twins. They were fed one at a time though. She fed one each side though.
She did join TAMBA (Twins And Multiple Birth Association) and found them very helpful for any and everything. They would be able to give her better advice, maybe put her in touch with other twin Mums.
