    PM

4 weeks yesterday till our holiday.. have been trying to diet but not been all that strongwilled. Not gained but not lost a lot either!

I'm actually happy with the size I am but would like to be a bit more body confident.  So a few pounds off  and I want to improve my tummy and love handles (!) within 4 weeks, can it be done?  I have Jillian Michaels 30DS,  am about to do it now and have netball tonight, am going to try and do the 30DS every day.  If I can't I will do another form of exercise, but something every day. And I'm going to be sticking to my WW points.

    Can it be done?!

Absolutely it can just stick with it as much as you can. I noticed a difference in 2 weeks on the 30DS and completed 27days of it I was very happy with my tummy and legs. I just need to start again myself.

Yes, if you stay focussed you can make a big difference.  30 DS is fab if you do it properly, I've only ever managed to day 12, but even then I could feel a difference and begin to see it.

Definately, the 30ds is great for toning up, couple that with doing at least 30 mins of cardio at least 3 times a wee (every day if possible) and the pounds will come off and you will tone up.

Brilliant thanks gals you've totally motivated me.

Just did it, have to say I love that workout even though its hard work its so much more do-able than others, 20mins is much less daunting. (can you tell I hate exercise!)

Belle when did you move onto the next level?

I love it for that fact too ML, I find by the time your on workout 2 cardio it's practically over! When I did the 27 days I changed after 10 days but hated level 2 after 3 days so skipped to level 3. Now I do alternate levels on different days, but add weights to all cardio on level 1 for a bit of extra oomph

Course you can make a difference, especially doing 30DS. I always find that about 10 minutes in I remember that I'm half way through and then it feels so much better. Eat lightly and stay away from the unhealthy stuff and you'll be feeling fab in no time.

Must get back to doing it myself as I've been very erratic just recently.
